Pinsa

The modern Pinsa is based on a pizza recipe from the Roman era and is becoming increasingly popular. What makes a Pinsa unique is its lightness and easy digestibility due to how the dough is made. The unique mix of wheat flour, rice flour, soy flour and mother yeast (or sourdough) also ensures fewer calories than a traditional pizza.

Our pinsa is made in Marche, Italy and contains only natural ingredients. The sourdough and extra-virgin olive oil provide that typical authentic Italian flavour. Buon appetito!

The ingredients Bertolli uses in its recipes are of the highest quality. You can taste this in every bite you take of Bertolli’s pasta sauces, pestos, pizza sauces and pizza bases.

Bertolli was founded in 1865 in Lucca, Tuscany. Francesco Bertolli and his wife Caterina opened a delicacy shop after which they started exporting Italian products to Italian migrants around the world. To this day, Bertolli aims to make all the good things from authentic, simple and delicious Italian cuisine available to everyone.
