Jadis from The Lemon Kitchen has created a delicious recipe with the Bertolli Siciliana pasta sauce and we would like to share it with you!
It is very easy and quick to make and is inspired by Sicilian cuisine, which Jadis has a lot of experience with. Sicilian cuisine is actually Italian, with some Arabic influences and still delicious and simple.

Preparation
- Put a pan on the heat with salted water.
- Put a dash of olive oil in a non-stick pan and add the sliced garlic, capers, diced peppers and fennel. Fry for a few minutes until everything is lightly coloured. Add a pinch of coarse black pepper.
- Cook the spaghetti al dente in salted water.
- Then pour the Bertolli Siciliana pasta sauce with the sautéed vegetables and stir briefly. Turn down the heat and let the sauce simmer for a few minutes. When the pasta is al dente, add it to the sauce.
- Slice the pepper into thin rings, divide to taste with the Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley over this Siciliana pasta.
