Preparation method
- Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the packet. Drain. Meanwhile, peel and slice the onions into wedges. Wash and cut the courgette into half slices.
- Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan. Fry the onion and courgette for 3 minutes on a medium heat. Add the pasta sauce and heat over medium heat.
- Stir the pasta into the sauce and heat for a few minutes. Mix the rocket with the carrot and dressing. Divide the spaghetti among 4 warm plates and serve the salad separately.

- 2 tbsp Bertolli olive oil classico
- 1 Bertolli Carbonara pasta sauce in bag of 460g
- 2 red onions
- 1 courgette
- 150g arugula
- 100 g grated carrots
- 4 tbsp Italian salad dressing
