Spaghetti carbonara with red onion and courgette

Preparation method

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the packet. Drain. Meanwhile, peel and slice the onions into wedges. Wash and cut the courgette into half slices.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan. Fry the onion and courgette for 3 minutes on a medium heat. Add the pasta sauce and heat over medium heat.
  3. Stir the pasta into the sauce and heat for a few minutes. Mix the rocket with the carrot and dressing. Divide the spaghetti among 4 warm plates and serve the salad separately.

  • 1 Bertolli Carbonara pasta sauce in bag of 460g
  • 2 red onions
  • 1 courgette
  • 150g arugula
  • 100 g grated carrots
  • 4 tbsp Italian salad dressing
