Bolognese sauce is a traditional Italian pasta sauce, originating from Bologna and is normally eaten with tagliatelle. Bologna is known for its highly nutritious cuisine, so unlike most other pasta sauces, the sauce is quite filling. Bertolli pasta sauce Bolognese is used as the base in this recipe and extra tomatoes and mini mozzarella cheese are added. A tasty dish for big and small with the Dutch twist.
