Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (hot air).
- Spread 1 bag of Bertolli sauce evenly over the bottom of a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix together the ravioli, fresh spinach and chopped red onion. Add this mixture to the baking dish and pour the other bag of Bertolli sauce evenly over it.
- Break the mozzarella di bufala into pieces and spread evenly over the baking dish with the ravioli.
- Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the mozzarella is melted and the ravioli are done.
- Before serving, season the ravioli al forno with salt, freshly ground black pepper, a drizzle of olive oil and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve immediately. Buon appetito!

- 2 Bertolli pasta sauce garlic in pouch
- 2 packets of fresh ravioli with kaas
- 100 gr of spinach
- 1 red onion – diced
- 1 ball of mozzarella di buffala
- Salt and pepper
- 15 ml Bertolli olive oil
- 60 gr Parmesan cheese – grated
- Basil for garnish
