Preparation
- First make a pesto cream: for this you first take a green pesto (click here to make it yourself) with fresh ricotta. The ratio should be 50/50.
- Peel and slice the green olives.
- Top the pizza bases with the Bertolli Salsa per Pizza Originale pizza sauce (or Bertolli Salsa per Pizza Piccante pizza sauce if you like it spicy), the green olive pieces and some Parmesan cheese.
- Bake the pizza in the oven according to the packaging and break some fresh basil in advance
- After the oven, put the buffalo mozzarella, the pesto cream from step 1, some olive oil and fresh basil on the pizza. The pizza is ready. Buon apetito!
