Pizza with shrimp tartare and courgette cream

Preparation

  1. First make a courgette cream: Peel the courgettes and keep the peels aside. Cut the middle part of the courgette into cubes and fry briefly in the pan with some olive oil and salt. When the courgette has softened, add the peels (no longer than 3 minutes). Finally, make the cream by blending everything with a hand blender.
  2. Now make the prawn tartare: chop or cut the shrimps into small coarse pieces. It will then become a coarse paste. Add some lemon zest and salt.
  3. Top the pizza bases with the courgette cream and shrimp tartare in shapes of small mounds.
  4. Bake the pizza in the oven according to the packet. Meanwhile cut the sun-dried tomatoes into strips.
  5. After the oven, top with the Burrata cheese and sundried tomatoes. Add a pinch of black pepper and the pizza is ready. Buon apetito!

  • 1 jar Bertolli pomodori secchi – sun dried tomatoes
  • Bertolli extra virgin olive oil
  • A pinch of salt and pepper
  • 2 small lemons (to zest)
