Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 220°C hot air.
- Brush the Pinsa with the pizza sauce. Tear the buffalo mozzarella into pieces and top the Pinsa with this.
- Spread the tuna over the Pinsa and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Bake the Pinsa for 5 minutes or until the mozzarella is melted.Now sprinkle the capers on top and cut into rectangular pieces and buon appetito!

- 1 Bertolli Pinsa
- 1/2 portion of Bertolli Pizzasaus Originale
- 1 tbs Bertolli capperi – capers
- 1/2 ball buffalo mozzarella
- 50 gr canned tuna (1/2 tin)
