Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C hot air.
  2. Brush the Pinsa with the pizza sauce. Tear the buffalo mozzarella into pieces and top the Pinsa with this.
  3. Spread the tuna over the Pinsa and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  4. Bake the Pinsa for 5 minutes or until the mozzarella is melted.Now sprinkle the capers on top and cut into rectangular pieces and buon appetito!

  • 1  Bertolli Pinsa
  • 1/2 portion of Bertolli Pizzasaus Originale
  • 1 tbs Bertolli capperi – capers
  • 1/2 ball buffalo mozzarella
  • 50 gr canned tuna (1/2 tin)
