Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C hot air.
  2. Brush the Pinsa with the pizza sauce and bake for 5 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, tear the buffalo mozzarella into pieces and drain the semi-sun-dried tomatoes.
  4. Remove from the oven and then spread the mozzarella, semi-sun-dried tomatoes and pesto over the Pinsa.Season a little more with salt and pepper and buon appetito!
