Pinsa is a deliciously airy and easily digestible hand-rolled base that you bake off. Super easy and quick!
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius
- Top the pinsa with the Bertolli originale (or piccante) pizza sauce, mozzarella, pepper, salt, grilled peppers, tomatoes and the fresh basil.
- Bake in the oven and slice. Buon appetito!
