Pinsa is a deliciously airy and easily digestible hand-rolled base that you bake off. Super easy and quick!

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius
  2. Top the pinsa with the Bertolli originale (or piccante) pizza sauce, mozzarella, pepper, salt, grilled peppers, tomatoes and the fresh basil.
  3. Bake in the oven and slice. Buon appetito!

  • 1 jar Bertolli salsa per pizza Originale (or Piccante)
  • 1 jar Bertolli Peperoni – grilled bell pepper
