Preparation
- Heat the piadina according to the instructions on the packet.
- Cut the mozzarella into slices. Drain the semi-sun-dried tomatoes.
- Pick some basil leaves.
- Take a good handful of rocket and cover 1 half of the piadina with this and top it off with a few slices of mozzarella.
- Season the mozzarella with salt and pepper and put some semi-sun-dried tomatoes and basil an top.
- Fold the piadina and cut it in half. Buon apetito!

- 1 jar Bertolli Pomodori semi secchi – semi sun-dried tomatoes
