Preparation

  1. Heat the piadina according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Cut the mozzarella into slices. Drain the semi-sun-dried tomatoes.
  3. Pick some basil leaves.
  4. Take a good handful of rocket and cover 1 half of the piadina with this and top it off with a few slices of mozzarella.
  5. Season the mozzarella with salt and pepper and put some semi-sun-dried tomatoes and basil an top.
  6. Fold the piadina and cut it in half. Buon apetito!

  • 1 pack Bertolli Piadina – 4 piadine
  • 1 jar Bertolli Pomodori semi secchi – semi sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 balls of Mozzarella
  • Salt & pepper
  • 2 sprigs of basil
