Preparation
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. Save 2 tbsp of pasta water and drain.At the same time, heat the Bertolli Rustico sauce.
- Add the cooked pasta with the pasta water to the Bertolli Rustico sauce and mix well. Serve with Parmesan cheese and basil leaves. For the burrata caprese
1. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and divide over a plate.
2. Break the burrata into pieces and divide over the plate.
3. Season with salt and pepper.
Garnish with the basil leaves and olive oil.
