Preparation
- Boil the pasta in salted water following the instructions on the packaging and let it drain.
- Heat up the Bertolli basil pastasauce in a pan on a low heat.
- Cut the aubergine in even thick slices and grill these till they get grill marks.
- Serve the penne with the tomato sauce, grilled aubergine and garnish with a dash of olive oil, Parmesan cheese and basil.

- 1 pouch Bertolli basil pasta sauce – 460gr
- 1 aubergine
- 2 tbs Bertolli Olive oil
- 60 gr Parmesan cheese – grated
