Preparation

  1. Boil the pasta in salted water following the instructions on the packaging and let it drain.
  2. Heat up the Bertolli basil pastasauce in a pan on a low heat.
  3. Cut the aubergine in even thick slices and grill these till they get grill marks.
  4. Serve the penne with the tomato sauce, grilled aubergine and garnish with a dash of olive oil, Parmesan cheese and basil.
  5. Buon appetito!

  • 1 pouch Bertolli basil pasta sauce – 460gr
  • 1 aubergine
  • 2 tbs Bertolli Olive oil
  • 60 gr Parmesan cheese – grated
  • Basil for garnish
