Pasta pesto Calabrese with rocket and peppers

Preparation
- Cut the peppers into even-sized pieces and grill until al dente.
- Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet and drain. Save some of the cooking liquid.
- Stir in the pesto Calabrese; if it is too dry, add some of the cooking liquid and stir well.
- Season the rocket salad with 1 tablespoon of Bertolli Balsamic salad dressing.
- Divide the rocket and pasta among 4 plates and serve with Parmesan cheese. Buon apetito!

- 350 gr linguine
- 1 jar Bertolli Pesto calabrese
- 2 Grilled peppers (yellow and red)
- 4 handfulls of rocket
- Bertolli Balsamico salad dressing
- Parmesan cheese for garnish
