Preparation

  1. Cut the peppers into even-sized pieces and grill until al dente.
  2. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet and drain. Save some of the cooking liquid.
  3. Stir in the pesto Calabrese; if it is too dry, add some of the cooking liquid and stir well.
  4. Season the rocket salad with 1 tablespoon of Bertolli Balsamic salad dressing.
  5. Divide the rocket and pasta among 4 plates and serve with Parmesan cheese. Buon apetito!

  • 1 jar Bertolli peperoni – Grilled peppers
  • 350 gr linguine
  • 1 jar Bertolli Pesto calabrese
  • 2 Grilled peppers (yellow and red)
  • 4 handfulls of rocket
  • Bertolli Balsamico salad dressing
  • Parmesan cheese for garnish
