Pasta with pesto and salmon

Preparation method
- Dice the salmon fillet and grate the Parmesan cheese. Cook the pasta Penne according to the instructions on the packet until al dente.
In a wok, mix 1 tablespoon of Bertolli pesto Verde with 2 dl of the pasta cooking liquid * stir in the green beans and bring to the boil. Braise the beans for approx. 6-8 minutes until al dente.
Add the cubes of salmon and heat for about 2 minutes.
Drain the pasta in a colander and then mix it with the bean mixture. Season the dish with another 2 – 3 tablespoons of pesto and salt and pepper to taste.
