A tasty simple pasta with pesto and salmon for a delicious authentic meal with Bertolli pesto alla genovese and penne rigate, among others. So you can put a delicious Italian pasta on the table in 20 minutes.

Preparation method

  1. Dice the salmon fillet and grate the Parmesan cheese. Cook the pasta Penne according to the instructions on the packet until al dente.
    In a wok, mix 1 tablespoon of Bertolli pesto Verde with 2 dl of the pasta cooking liquid * stir in the green beans and bring to the boil. Braise the beans for approx. 6-8 minutes until al dente.
    Add the cubes of salmon and heat for about 2 minutes.
    Drain the pasta in a colander and then mix it with the bean mixture. Season the dish with another 2 – 3 tablespoons of pesto and salt and pepper to taste.
