Preparation method
- Cook the macaroni according to the instructions on the packet. Drain the macaroni, drain well. Meanwhile, halve the mushrooms.
- Heat the Bertolli olive oil in a frying pan and fry the minced beef in it for about 3 min. Add the mushrooms and fry for 3 min. Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix the macaroni with the Bertolli pasta sauce Arrabiatta and the minced meat mixture and heat up for approx. 3 min. Divide between 2 plates. Sprinkle with the grated old cheese.

- 1 Bertolli Arrabbiata pasta sauce in a pot of 400g
- 250g mushrooms
- 1 tbsp Bertolli olive oil classico
- 150 g minced beef
- 25 g grated old cheese
