A delicious macaroni with minced meat, mushrooms and aged cheese, with Bertolli’s spicy pasta sauce.

Preparation method

  1. Cook the macaroni according to the instructions on the packet. Drain the macaroni, drain well. Meanwhile, halve the mushrooms.
  2. Heat the Bertolli olive oil in a frying pan and fry the minced beef in it for about 3 min. Add the mushrooms and fry for 3 min. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Mix the macaroni with the Bertolli pasta sauce Arrabiatta and the minced meat mixture and heat up for approx. 3 min. Divide between 2 plates. Sprinkle with the grated old cheese.

  • 1 Bertolli Arrabbiata pasta sauce in a pot of 400g
  • 250g mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp Bertolli olive oil classico
  • 150 g minced beef
  • 25 g grated old cheese
