Bolognese is one of the best-known pasta dishes in the Netherlands. Bolognese sauce is a traditional Italian pasta sauce, originating from Bologna. Bologna is known for its highly nutritious cuisine, so unlike most other pasta sauces, this sauce is quite full with different ingredients. In this case, the bolognese was used to make a deliciously simple lasagne.
