Preparation method

  1. Peel and slice the onion Clean and thinly slice the peppers. Clean and slice the mushrooms. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the onion with the peppers, stirring for 3 minutes. Add the mushrooms and fry for 2 minutes. Pour in the Bertolli pasta sauce Alle Erbe and bring to the boil, stirring. Cook on a low heat for 10 minutes.
  2. At the same time, cook the spaghetti in plenty of water according to the instructions on the packet until al dente. Crumble the feta. Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan of pasta sauce before serving and sprinkle the feta on top.
