Preparation

    1. Cut the chicken thighs into evenly sized pieces.
    2. Press the garlic cloves.
    3. Marinate the chicken thigh pieces in the Bertolli Pesto all’Arrabbiata and the garlic and season with salt and pepper. Ideally, marinate the chicken thigh pieces 1 day in advance for a more intense flavour.
    4. Let the chicken thigh pieces come to room temperature and thread onto 8 skewers.
    5. Grill on both sides on a bbq or in a grill pan. Serve with, for example, a fresh caprese salad. Buon apetito!

  • ~ 400 gr chicken thighs
  • 2 cloves of garlic (preferably Bertolli Aglio – marinated garlic)
