Preparation
- Cut the chicken thighs into evenly sized pieces.
- Press the garlic cloves.
- Marinate the chicken thigh pieces in the Bertolli Pesto all’Arrabbiata and the garlic and season with salt and pepper. Ideally, marinate the chicken thigh pieces 1 day in advance for a more intense flavour.
- Let the chicken thigh pieces come to room temperature and thread onto 8 skewers.
- Grill on both sides on a bbq or in a grill pan. Serve with, for example, a fresh caprese salad. Buon apetito!

- ~ 400 gr chicken thighs
- 2 cloves of garlic (preferably Bertolli Aglio – marinated garlic)
