Do you say “It’s almost weekend”, we say A P E R I T I V O!!! Make an impression with this appetiser board inspired by some Italian classics. Nice and approachable and everyone can grab what they like!

Preparation method

For the caprese, fill skewers with mozzarella, sun-dried tomatoes and basil leaves and place on the cocktail board
Cut the Parmesan cheese into cubes and place on the cocktail board along with the different types of toast and the spinata romana
Then heat the piadina as indicated on the packet
Top the piadina with Parma ham, rocket and mozzarella slices
Roll it up, cut it into pieces and put a skewer through it
Fill the cocktail plate with the piadina rolls and place the remaining Parma ham next to them
Put the jars of vegetables next to it together with the skewers
