Preparation
- We start with the pasta. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet and save 100 ml of the cooking liquid.
- Add the pesto and 100 ml of cooking liquid to a pan and heat. Stir well to combine.
- Then add the cooked orecchiette pasta to this and stir.
- Divide the pasta among 4 plates and serve with a pinch of chilli flakes, grated Parmesan cheese and a sprig of basil. Finally, a dash of Bertolli extra virgin olive oil on top and buon appetito!Variation tip: also delicious with feta instead of Parmesan cheese.

- 300 gr pasta, we use orecchiette
- 100 ml cooking liquid from the pasta
- 1 tbs Bertolli extra virgin olive oil
- 6 tbs Bertolli Pesto Rosso
- (Extra vergin) olive oil
- Chilli flakes
