Preparation
- Heat the piadina according to the instructions on the packet.
- Cut the mozzarella into slices.
- Take a big handful of rocket and cover 1 half of the piadina with this and on top of that a few slices of mozzarella and 2 slices of Parma ham.
- Finally, add some salt and pepper. Fold the piadina and cut it in half.

- 8 slices of Parma ham
- 2 balls of Mozzarella
- Rocket
- Bertolli extra virgin olive oil
