Preparation

  1. Heat the piadina according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Cut the mozzarella into slices.
  3. Take a big handful of rocket and cover 1 half of the piadina with this and on top of that a few slices of mozzarella and 2 slices of Parma ham.
  4. Finally, add some salt and pepper. Fold the piadina and cut it in half.

  • 1 pack Bertolli Piadina – 4 piadine
  • 8 slices of Parma ham
  • 2 balls of Mozzarella
  • Rocket
  • Bertolli extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
