This tortellini recipe is easy to make and looks delicious. Shrimp with pasta is a good combination and Bertolli’s red pesto gives the dish a nice sweet tangy flavour. What’s more, this dish is on the table in 20 minutes. An ideal recipe for weekdays!

Preparation method

  1. Cook the tortellini according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Heat the Bertolli olive oil in a wok and stir-fry the spinach in it over high heat. Then stir in the prawns.
  3. After 1 minute, add the cream and Bertolli Pesto Rosso and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Divide the tortellini among 4 plates and spoon the sauce on top.
