Preparation

  1.  Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (hot air).
  2.  Spread 1 bag of Bertolli sauce evenly over the bottom of a baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the ravioli, fresh spinach and chopped red onion. Add this mixture to the baking dish and pour the other bag of Bertolli sauce evenly over it.
  4. Break the mozzarella di bufala into pieces and spread evenly over the baking dish with the ravioli.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the mozzarella is melted and the ravioli are done.
  6. Before serving, season the ravioli al forno with salt, freshly ground black pepper, a drizzle of olive oil and grated Parmesan cheese.
  7. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve immediately. Buon appetito!

  • 2 Bertolli pasta sauce garlic in pouch
  • 2 packets of fresh ravioli with kaas
  • 100 gr of spinach
  • 1 red onion – diced
  • 1 ball of mozzarella di buffala
  • Salt and pepper
  • 15 ml Bertolli olive oil
  • 60 gr Parmesan cheese – grated
  • Basil for garnish
