Preparation method

Cut the pepper into strips and the onion into pieces. If the beef is not yet cut, cut it into strips.
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil or butter in a frying pan and fry the onion and garlic . Add the beef strips and fry until golden brown.
